1. We will send the Gift Certificate as a printable PDF file for you to print out yourself. We are unable to post certificates by "snail mail".

2. Please make sure that you include the recipient's name and any message that you want to go on the certificate. Please think carefully. Please note that I do not charge anything for doing the certificates above the value of the workshops. We are a small business (just Di and myself) and the certificates are fairly labour intensive so PLEASE check your wording before placing your order. Any revisions (other than caused by our error) will incur a service fee of $20.

3. Please include a contact phone number for you.

4. We will send you a payment request via PayPal that you can pay with Visa or Mastercard on the PayPal website . The printable PDF certificate will be sent to you a few hours after receipt of your payment. Note: PayPal is the only way we can take payment via cards.
The other payment option is Direct Debit.

5. Certificates purchased in December 2011 are valid until 31st March 2013. There will be no classes during June 2012.

6. There are several classes most months throughout the year except June. We add dates as classes fill. Classes usually fill 2-3 weeks ahead. The recipient can email us to arrange a suitable date.

7. I am happy to lend recipients a suitable camera for the workshop (at no charge) subject to availability.

If you have selected PayPal on the form we will send you a PayPal "payment request" that you can pay using Visa or Mastercard on the PayPal website.

Alternatively if you are already registered with PayPal then you can use the "Send Money" option and send the value of the certificate to andy@sydneyimages.com (Please make sure you include your name in the comment field).

We will email the PDF Gift Certificate to you when we receive proof of payment (usually within a few hours if order received before 6pm or next day if received after 6pm.
