Beyond the Basics Workshop

(Please note: this workshop is only for students that have already done the 3 hour beginner's class).

Take your photography to the next level. This 3 Hour Workshop consolidates and builds upon what was learnt in the beginner's class.

We will do a little bit of revision of what you learned in the beginner's class. We will then look at a number of useful, fun techniques.

Cost $110 (Including Coffee & Cake).  

Tips for Better Portraits

We will look at several ways to improve your people photographs.

Convey the feeling of movement through "Panning"

Panning is a very useful (and fun) technique to capture the feeling of movement. You will learn how to keep the subject sharp while turning the background in to a streaked blur.

Tips & Techniques

Other topics covered in the workshop include "better composition". Learn how to compose balanced images that are pleasing to the eye. We will also look at useful techniques such as "fill-flash" and more.
